Flickering in top half of the monitor ¶

Happens only with PC (Nvidia RTX 2060). connected to 144Hz monitor with DP.
Doesn’t happen with laptop connected to same monitor with HDMI through USBC dock

Tried errantmind solution and it seems to be working

nvidia-settings -a "[gpu:0]/GPUPowerMizerMode=1"
